How do I place an order with Fantaxy Bakery?

Step 1: Pick your favourite cake from our wide range of cakes then place an order from our website.
Step 2: Check out the items you have selected and fill the all the necessary information. If you wish to delivery to other address, please fill in shipping address column.  
Step 3: Double check the order information and click on “PROCEED TO EGHL” to made payment. Once payment done, you will receive an email from us.
Step 4: Kick back and relax whilst we get your freshly baked cake delivered to your doorstep.
* Please remark if you are ordering a “Surprise Cake” for your friend or family. Please make sure the recipient is at the Shipping Address at the delivery time. Fantaxy Bakery will not responsible for any wrong ordering details from customer.

If I use “Bank Transfer” as my payment method, what should I do?

Step 1: Snap a picture of the ORDER REFERENCES and then make your payment to the following bank account:

Step 2: Please make sure the above payment details are correct before confirming your payment. Fantaxy Bakery will not responsible for  any monies transferred to a wrong account.  
Step 3: Once the payment / transfer is successful, download/screenshot/snap a photo of the transaction receipt and EMAIL it to fantaxybakery@gmail.com or / and Whatsapp it to +6017-9811 662 quoting your ORDER ID for our customer service representatives to verifiy and proceed with your order.
Step 4: Kindly take note that if no proof of payment / transfer receipts are received by us, we will not be able to proceed with your order. Please also make sure you send in your proof payment / transfer as quickly as possible. 

Can I change my delivery date / time slot after placing an order? 

Yes, you may. Kindly contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new schedule date and time. Change of date and time subjected

Can I change the recipient’s name after placing an order?

Yes, you may. Kindly contact us as soon as possible.

Can I have more candles?

Can are provided for free if you have requested for it while placing your order. You will be able to request for up to 10 candles. We can only accommodate up to 15 candles maximum per cake delivery (Subject to availability).

Where does Fantaxy Bakery Cakes deliver to?

We currently only serve KLANG VALLEY only.

Does Fantaxy Bakery charge a delivery fee? 

Yes, our delivery fee depends on location distance. As we arrange delivery through Foodpanda, GrabFood, and Lalamove.

When should I expect my cake to arrive? 

We will deliver your cakes as soon as possible, but there will be factors that could affect delivery timing such as traffic, weather, scheduled road closeres, etc. Please be ensure that upon placing your order you will be contactable through EMAIL, CALL or WHATSAPP

How do I know if my cake is delivered?

Once the cake is successfully delivered by our delivery agent, you will be receive an email or Whatsapp notifying you that the cake has been successfully delivered.

What will happen if suddenly the recipient is not available to receive the cake?

In this instance, the best thing to do is to get in touch with our customer service team in regards to the situation you are facing and contact us to reschedule a redelivery on a later date / time slot. If the recipient is unresponsive to calls from our delivery agent and customer service  team, the cake will be brought back to our store for storage until a next date / time slot for redelivery could be determined and agreed upon.  Fantaxy Bakery will not be able to guarantee freshness of the cake after extensive transit durations.

Can I cancel my order?

In instances like this , our customer service team will get in touch with you to find a suitable solution/replacement/substitution based on price and flavour of your pre-selected cake. However, in the case that none of your cakes strikes your fancy we will issue you a full refund / credit back to your bank account. Please be aware that refunds will typically take a minimum of 3-7 working days to be processed depending on each respective bank.

Will Fantaxy Bakery delivery agents include the purchase receipt upon delivery?

No, we will not include any form of receipts/invoice to recipients. However, we will include a copy of the DELIVERY ORDER which only consists of the delivery address, recipients’s name and the name of the cake ordered. However, if you would require an invoice you may make a request with our customer service team. Please refer to the Hotline above for our customer service hotlines and communication channels.

How can I check my delivery status?

As of now, we do not have a tracking system for our customer yet. We assured that we will deliver your orders within the time you’ve provide, you will also receive an message via Whatsapp or Email confirmation when your order is delivered by our delivery team.

Can I have a picture once delivered?  

You may request for a proof of delivery upon ordering at the “special delivery instruction” remarks in Whatsapp.

What are the sizes of your cakes?

Our cakes are usually 6 inch in diameter with various heights. Some cakes also come in square or circles. All dimensions and weights are represented on the product menu pages, kindly refer to obtain more information or contact us.
